Architecture integrated into the terrain
The project stems from the topography of the site and is conceived as a succession of curved bands that follow the profile of the land and blend into the rocky surroundings. This organic language extends to the interior courtyards, which bring in natural light and ventilation. The contrast between the material presence of the bands and the lightness of the glazed façades defines an architecture that merges with the terrain while opening up to the horizon.
The landscape as part of the home
Large glazed surfaces connect the interior with the Bay of Palma, with views of the Cathedral and Bellver Castle. The gaze is also drawn to the natural cut in the rock, which acts as a counterpoint to the panoramic views and creates more secluded, intimate perspectives, bringing the character of the terrain itself into the experience of the home. The terraces and outdoor spaces, spread across different levels and orientations, create varied atmospheres and allow the sun to be enjoyed throughout the day, blurring the boundaries between architecture and surroundings.
